Slow & Steady

Thank you to everyone who’s been checking in. I thought I’d post a little update. I’ve been sick for over a week, and it’s been fairly quiet around here. Thankfully I’m on the back side of being sick, and my body is basically 100% healed from the wreck. As far as the questions about when I’ll race again, physically I’ll be ready to go within a couple weeks, but equipment wise it would be difficult for me to race with my own team. I do hope to find some options to hit a couple races by the end of the year, but it just depends on what doors open. We aren’t trying to force anything but will try to be patient and see what the possibilities are.
I know I might sound like a broken record, but thanks again to everyone who supports and prays for our team and to safety crews like Knoxville’s who strive to keep us safe so we can continue doing what we love.
Please send all your prayers to Chase Johnson and his family, as he’s fighting a huge battle and needs all of our prayers for swift, complete, and miraculous healing.
